Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-3 business days) + Shipping Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Generally, it is about 2-3 business days. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours. For engraving or customized orders, it will take 3 - 8 business days.

Delivery Methods
Two kinds of shipping methods are available in our online store.
1. Free Shipping And No Minimum which takes about 9-15 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping: Orders can also be shipped via expedited DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, FedEx or EMS which only takes about 3-5 business days.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving, then you can return any unused products that are not customized for a refund (excluding shipping cost, insurance fee & handling fee, if any).
Returned items must be new, unused and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned products.
Customized products (including customized size, engraved, customized color) and virtual products (e.g. gift cards) cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
